You shouldn't be allowed to enforce laws you can't even follow

Obama lost all my support in 2008: when he violated constitutional law by inverting Chrysler bond tranches.. Soo scary. He's a f**king constitutional lawyer, and violated basic contract law.
And I hated bush. There is no bias here, except that I'm biased against self serving politicians -

Obama lost all credibility when he violated the constitution a year before he was inaugurated.

I lost all respect for him when he never called my cousin Kenny like he promised after they had sex together. Kenny was heartbroken.

Justice means different things to different people.

True, but there is the common type.

The common type? What does that even mean?

Common-sense based justice.

Again, people have different ideas about what "common-sense" means. For instance, it used to be considered "common-sense" that the problem with rape was that the woman was defiled, or made unclean. The "common-sense" solution was to have her marry her rapist. That was considered justice.
Never make the assumption that everyone has the same "common-sense" morals and values as you do, because they don't.

This is why we have laws. Because people don't have the same morals. Some morals are obvious, like murder is wrong, because the damage done to another is glaring. Others are subjective, like is casual sex okay? Is the death penalty justice, or is it murder? Is it okay to kill someone on self defense? How do you prove self defense? When does a unborn child become a human life? Should people have to earn their living, or are they entitled to it from the government?

Give me an example of an "unjust" law, and even if I personally disagree with the law, I'll bet I can explain why someone, somewhere, thinks it IS just.

Obviously, now (this hasn't always been the case) if a law applies to one race and not another, we can consider it unjust. But what if it has a "disparate impact".
Many laws that I would consider "unjust" are designed to "protect people from themselves" which is why they're considered "just".

What actually constitutes murder may vary, bacause killing is not necessarily murder. Murder is killing without "justification". What may constitute self defense in one state, may not in another because you didn't try hard enough to get away first, and therefore...
Yeah, it can get complicated. Buy most people would still consider " unjustified killing wrong (although they disagree on what exactly, would constitute justified. I actually used rape in an earlier example.

The meaning of the Constitution is also subjective. We would not need the Supreme Court otherwise. The meme would more accurately say, "MY PERSONAL INTERPRETATION OF THE CONSTITUTION."

There is only one proper interpretation of the Constitution, which is that which gives the least amount of power to the Federal government as possible based upon the words.

In the UK , part of the problem is that the government is trying to lead the country the same way as 200 years ago. There's needs to be a change because there too much diversity nowadays. One leader for 70 million is just not enough. Why not divide leadership of the country so each part can be lead the way it needs to be..
