Can someone tell me how to stick a meme reply here. It just goes to commons when I try to meme reply. I'm tarded

If you want to use a meme reply with a picture different than the common ones, just make sure you have it saved first, then Upload Image.

If you search for it while generating the Meme Comment, it doesn't work.

Do you know of any free photoshop sites for face swapping and what not?

No, I don't, sorry. I just find a small picture of the face I want, then use the Add Image button on imgflip (up the top of the meme) and drag it around until it's in the position I want it to be.
