Actually it can go either way lol, but in this case, our government is moral compass or government's didn't seem right. Our governments passes spell check. Don't be scared I'm not a complete a$$ lol. I appreciate constructive criticism, especially from somebody who may not see everything like I do, but is a very intelligent person that I can respect and learn from.

No, it can't go either way. Spellcheck missed it. Without an apostrophe it would be plural. Possessives have an apostrophe.

Dang it spell check, I googled a bunch of phrases because In usually my own grammar Nazi and governments is used a lot in reports. But I'm sure you are right, it's already submitted though too late lol

The message of the meme is clear enough either way. The lack of apostrophe doesn't bring into any doubt what you mean to say in the meme. I hope it does well. :)

Yeah, it seems like that's the general rule with memes. You slave over it, and people give it a couple of upvotes maybe. An idea pops into your head and you make it in 25 seconds, and boom! Front page (or close to it). Lol.
