Christians say Christ is the Old Testament Messiah, and Jews (apart from Messianic Jews, I suppose) say he isn't. They can't both be right.

No doubt.. But as a humorous rabbi said to a much more militantly orthodox one in my presence " what's your problem, Christians and Jews get to be right the second time around!" Which infuriated the Hasidic guy. Funny stuff, not theologically sound though.

All Jews who practice Judaism are still waiting for the messiah. Based on their criteria, Jesus didn't qualify. Neither did Moses, David etc...
But Christianity recognizes Jesus as fulfilling the prophecy. This calls for a " Jews for Jesus" meme!

Hmmm, yeah, ooohhh, ummm...no. That's wrong.

Theologically or humorously? See above for theologically .. Humor wise? There's no accounting for my bad taste.
