Of course this reply accepts the ridiculous argument that making guns illegal will stop criminals, terrorists, ect. from obtaining them.

The guns used in the paris attacks were just as illegal there as they are here,... and look how easily they were obtained. If banning guns worked,... then those bans would work on drugs, and a shitload of other illegal items.
