Why the heck do you add those smiley faces?

The smiley is the main thing :)

The real question is, why the heck do I add a meme comment next to it?

(Seriously though, mostly it's to show "no hard feelings" to the person I'm commenting to - sometimes people can take things the wrong way. But sometimes I just add them because I like smiley faces.)

1:30 pm I went to Imgflip. I browsed the entire front page for a few minutes. This meme wasn't on the front page at all.
