Well .... no. If the system of law enforcement is inherently biased, then arguably it is designed to catch ethnic offenders, and less so the white middle class offenders. How often are white collar criminals arrested and prosecuted vs ethnic minorities commiting minor property crimes or possession offences? Is it proportionate to the rate of commission of those offences? Hard to know and tell, but likely the ethnic minorities are disproportionately over-represented among arrestees. Just saying. Food for thought.

I think demographics answers all of that really. Inner cities will have more petty crime.. and far less white collar crimes. I can tell you.. racial profiling is a ruse used by the left. As an ex cop, I can tell you white officers are challenged on racial bias all the time.. it the 1st thing they scream.. whether it's a traffic ticket or good bust. I won't say it never happens.. but I can say I never saw it happen.. and I was in Metro Atlanta. White cops had much more bust or tickets scrutinized. . Simply because the race card was routinely played. I have buddies that say it's worse.. can't wait to retire. Good comment!
