What happened was, one man (an ex "Christian" pastor) decided he wanted his 15 minutes of fame, so posted a rant on YouTube acting as if he gave a damn about the cups. In reality, he didn't. No one was paying much attention to this fool until the Left-winged media and their anti-Christian propaganda decided to blow this out of proportion. They (the media) wanted to start anti-Christian sentiment toward Christians and it really didn't work the way they wanted.

The whole noise started with one viral video by one loudmouth ex-pastor. Based on that and nothing more, anti-religion people assumed it was some kind of massive nationwide movement. Which it wasn't, and isn't.

I do not understand either; prehaps it is a US thing that people in the UK do not know about. Someone please explain.

This would be because unlike America (where there are lots of people who say they are Christians but really aren't) in the UK there just aren't enough Christians for one of them to be dumb enough to cry about a cup.

On the other hand I know that America is generally better, which counteracts stupid things like that.
Although the combination of the current generation being morons, Obama, Muslims Terrorists and race-baiters currently plaguing this country (and world) are slowly making America worse and worse.

Thinking about it, we've got David Cameron in charge which isn't graet.

Thinking about it as well, and we've got Obama. With a possibility of Hillary or Sanders, the duo who think Terrorism is caused by A video/Climate change, which is terrible.

I've that the smaller the country, the general pattern is that it is governed better; I mean look at China and Russia, as compared to Sweden or the Isle of Man or something.

That's probably because unlike America (or as I like to call it) The Country where the Poverty line is you're poor if you don't have the latest Iphone, the people in those countries care more about their countries than the latest Twitter feed and whining about getting paid low wages to do the easiest work in the world.
