I've notice that on the top of every hour is when they (the Adims) feature new memes (more accurately, a group). I don't think I'm saying anything new, am I?

No, sometimes mine will goe before the top of the hour, I think they have so many "slots" available, and if at t he hour they don't fill them, they'll feature ones that are submitted to fill all the "slots". That's what I think they do.
