And the fact you would even mention rape as a tipping point just goes to show how oblivious you are... There are 11x more men behind bars than women, and rape is a gross minority of those crimes.
You could have chosen a much more common crime, like theft, if you really wanted to argue a crime disparity being a "tipping point" because of crime averages, but no, you wanted to use this argument as a center stage to bring up rape, after the grossly uneducated assumption that I was not including adjustment for the same crimes.
