How about when you go to buy tobacco products and instead of carding you they ask you for your date of birth. So I tell them- 12 JUNE 1958, 7:43PM. Then they tell me "I didn't need to know all that!" And I say "Exactly my point." All you need to know is the year if I was born in the 50's, you don't need to know the exact date. What? Do I get a birthday present or something if it's my birthday?
