Hah, no doubt. My parents are very Christian, and while I am not, I can still respect all other beliefs as long as you don't cause physical or mental harm to others. I guess the moral of the story is don't be a dick :)

I think some religious people need to loosen up a bit. I think there are plenty of funny jokes about stuff I don't believe in like reincarnation, evolution, vampires and zombies, etc.

I am biblical unitarian and a lot of jokes are about things i believe in, even The Simpsons did at least 2 big jokes about Unitarism. I laugh, why not? Humor is a gift from God. I full agree with this meme : i upvote memes against my beliefs all the time if they are funny enough. :)

I don't always think inferno's comments are funny, but they are often some of the most original. He's not a troll, he just pushes the limits of good taste.

Look humor is good. Some cancer patients find to joke about their disease helps. A lot of victims of violence find to laugh about tragedy helps (like holocaust victims). Problem with Dark Humor is no 100% of people feel good with it if they are the targets. And as long you are laughing about someone else is like take something from them without permission. I mean same way black people, jewish people, latino people, etc can make jokes about themselves without sounding racists if you have a disease or you are the victim you can make jokes about yourself and you have the right to do so. But if someone who don´t holds your tragedy make laugh.. well, sounds like a scumbag.

Dark Humor is not a sin. But if a different thing than acid humor. Do you know the difference? Because there is a strong difference.

My grand da suffered serious injuries wen he was kid during Holocaust and he and his uncle were forced to leave Germany to save life . He always told me humor was one of the factors that helped him to stay alive. I like dark humor but same as acid humor or spicy humor you have bad taste dark humor and good taste dark humor. So a bad taste joke will be a bad taste joke it doesn´t matter if spicy , dark, green, acid... key in humor is balance between intelligence , transgression, respect, irony , etc. BALANCE. ;)
