Lol, what is ms paint?never heard of it.

I'm guessing it's just some app by MicroSoft (MS) made so you can take an image and draw lines, impose other images on top of it, and stuff like that. I'm not really sure because I have never seen it :)

Oh wow. In Photoshop, I cut out and layer pics.

It's a really simple painting program that comes free with MS. You can paint from scratch or paste some images onto it, but it's pretty simple, nothing like Photoshop.
