That happens to me so many times. My family will catch me if they ask me to say grace... I would have the food/ drink in my mouth so I would have to swallow it fast.

Where I grew up, you're not supposed to start eating until the meal has been blessed by saying grace. It's pretty common in the Bible belt south. :)
