Unfortunately they hardly go on this site at all, me and mememaker2 were discussing this and i think they should employ someone to go around banning trolls or just give more power to people with lots of points. So people like mememaker2 could suggest people to be banned and stuff like that

they should have vote banning

But a regular ban clearly won't stop Filip. They need to ban his subnet. Not even an IP ban would work, you can release and renew your IP any time.

a ban of that grade would only enforce fear, then people would be scared to make jokes and the memes would be alot duller, straight up banning them is fine, because they have to make another email over and over again, like that spammer gay person, he gave up because he had no emails left
