Me too. I mean, I've looked in my fair share of my sister's magazines, and I'm a tomboy so I don't care about that stuff, and this is 80% of what I saw.
It's actually not healthy or good to do that. 3500 calories equals one pound, loose 3500, calories, loose one pound:) if you can do that per week, it's much better

I literally choked on a piece of ice just imagining all the things you think you are. Clever, believable, superior, all of that. But the only thing you are is mistaken.
