actually there is a substantial amount of drama that should take up a third of that pie chart ^ the fighting takes up a quarter, scream would be in the middle of said two. and the tenticles from the comment section takes up an eighth of the rest xD

I think the screaming thing is really only for Dragon Ball Z, and a lot of animes are all about the story, especially since most of them are only about 10-20 episodes long. If none of them progress in story, then what exactly do they do in those 10-20 episodes?

You forgot to add useless filler episodes. There is more filler than canon in Naruto.

That depends on which anime it is. This applies to mainly mainstream anime. Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, Pokemon, etc...There's way better anime out there to where this isn't accurate at all.
