U cant feed homeless in Fort Lauderdale? Damn I didnt know that. If thats Fort Lauderdale, what about Fort Worth where I live lol. By coincidence, my grandmother lives in Fort Lauderdale. It seened like a cool city last time I visited her.

you can't give a homeless person something to eat "in public" in fort lauderdale. So, as long as your granny can prove he owns or rents a home you are safe to give her a burger and fries in a park, or on the sidewalk. However, if you own a restaurant with outdoor or sidewalk dining, you can charge a homeless person to be fed/eat in public....hmmmmm
