Okay, fair enough. I suppose I should have seen the local news story and gotten enraged over it. Maybe I should have went out and marched for the child. Burned down a building or two in his memory. For that, I apologize deeply. Destroying a community over the unjustified death of a black child makes more sense than sitting at home, ignoring it.

My question to you (since you seem to have enough outrage enough for yourself AND for me) is why were two adult women committing crimes with a little innocent baby? Did they not have a babysitter? Where's the father? Could he not have watched the child while his baby's mother went out to commit the crime? Seems very irresponsible of the mother and her friend to not only commit crimes with a baby, but to also run from police while carrying the child. Also, sitting the child on her lap while trying to elude police.

But yes, I'll shake my fist at the sky and cry out, "oh God! Why did the child have to die?!?"

Were the women actually committing crimes and are you really gonna let police do whatever they want and kill whoever they liked with no repercussions whatsoever?

I don't have control over the outcome. In this case, I don't think the police were shooting a baby just to shoot a baby.

According to the black community, cops are shooting black people at will. If this is the case, why would a responsible parent bring their child with them and put them in this dangerous situation?

You just don't hold certain people accountable for the bad choices they make when it, do you? If she had stayed home and been a responsible parent and not a thug committing crimes, the child would still be alive. But as usual, a certain group of people have difficulties taking responsibility for their own actions. Always blaming others.

There were witnesses following the women out the store; store security was involved. There was a police nearby. Reasonable suspicion existed to detain the women. The women fled. In the course of fleeing, the women tried to run over a police officer. The office stated he didn’t see the the child on the women’s lap. Put all the facts out there.
