No I don't think a mother should be allowed to endanger a child's life, you know very well I condemn Lindsay Clancy and I'm not afraid to call out those who are delusional enough to defend her. But a police officer also shouldn't be allowed to use excessive force that results in murder even if a person is resisting arrest. I don't think resisting arrest is the answer for that doesn't end well but the person not being allowed to resist arrest shouldn't mean the cop being allowed to use excessive force. The only time I would defend a cop's act of killing is if they had actual reason to do it out of self defense if an actual violent criminal was endangering their life and a baby obviously wasn't endangering anyone's life.

He had every legal reason to detain her. She was trying to run over the officer with her car. That is assault with a deadly weapon. The baby was on her lap, where he could not see baby for the dash and the steering wheel.
