Hey, Nukeman, the US goverment under Trump has bought controlling stakes in 36 different companies.

You get really upset about socialism and communism. You know, the government that owns the means of production.

How come you're not making memes about that? Seems like you should be really up set about that. But you don't seem to be.

Instead, you're making memes about crime rates.

Is that because you really don't care about socialism/communism and it's actually just a means to attack your political rivals in an effort to maintain political power no matter what?

Article in Forbes from August shows stakes in (or being looked at),up to 30 companies by the Government. None of those interests are controlling.
Most conservatives are against the Government owning stakes in companies, especially a controlling stake. However, actually owning a piece of a company, and having a vested interest with making the company survive and prosper, (if that is possible for a Government endeavor), is much better than just handing them truckloads of cash and hoping for the best (remember Solyndra?).
