I still don't get what the problem is. The guy climbed into the enclosure of a deadly beast, knowing it was a deadly beast. God forbid we have one less moron in this world.
Was this a parkour thing? Apparently he was cool until he turned his back on the tiger. Isn't there a moat? Why doesn't the park have a safety rope to toss in there or a lifeguard on duty or a sound that scares the tiger?
