ICE is actually doing very unlawful things of arresting legal citizens who aren't violent criminals so stop defending ICE

Assault of an ice officer will get a US citizen arrested. Interfering with the arrest of an immigrant will get a US citizen arrested.

You still refuse to understand a lot of the people wrongfully arrested by ICE didn't assault officers or try to interfere in the arresting of an illegal immigrant. Police can arrest/detain anybody anywhere anytime. Habeus corpus requires that they charge you with a crime within 48 hours or release you.

The police don’t know if somebody’s guilty or innocent when they arrest them. That’s up to a judge or jury to decide; and it’s up to a prosecutor to charge them with a crime.

But here's the thing, it's not just one legal then being let go, it's lots of legals being held. I can't believe how depraved you are being ok with several legal citizens being detained and having their basic freedoms violated in their daily lives when they aren't doing any harm all because you were brainwashed into believing a person without papers is the equivalent of a dangerous terrorist. You're not any better than the left defending complete and total lockdown over a few covid cases. Even countries that have low levels of immigration such as Switzerland and Denmark don't go violating the freedoms of legal born citizens and legal immigrants.
