If it's actually libel, then he would sue people who call him a rapist because he is known for suing people who say negative things about him. He was found liable in civil court for sexually assaulting a woman. Calling him a rapist when he was found to have raped somebody is not libel.

It can also be charged in civil court for financial damages

In fact, after he was found to have raped her (because he's a known rapist), he called her a liar, and she sued him for defamation, and won that case against him as well.

So he is a known rapist and a known liar
