I use to work for a company who used AI to automatically dial out phone numbers which I thought for one was illegal because a dial out use to be required by human to make outbound calls. Although it didn't kill me, it did have a issue towards bias leads, and ultimately caused numbers to dwindle on certain employees causing them to get fired. I have come to the conclusion that AI can discriminate, and cause one employee to do better than another.
