This picture is of a famous medical material depiction of fetal development in stages from a text book. Unfortunately their is usually a notation under the picture. In this depiction, this fetus is not alive and has been well preserved. I cannot recall if remarks were made about the woman's survival, but more than likely she did not and was donated to science, hence why this picture is in medical textbooks, and is so famous.
