Ummm... Reagan *was* known as "The Great Communicator" (just search the term and he's what comes up) and Trump *is* a well-known, prolific liar; what's false about the meme? I mean... nothing you're talking about was even mentioned in the O.P. Are there voices in your head screaming about stuff the rest of us can't hear?
