It would appear that the charge was dismissed, although he has a restraining order from his wife. Not sure if that one incident qualifies as a violent criminal record, but regardless, how is that supposed to make someone who went a bit farther and with three separate individuals not responsible her crimes?

A few comments ago on another meme you brought up George Floyd. That's a common refrain from our colleagues who routinely laugh at his death, that he had a violent criminal record. Do we relegate George Floyd to a lesser classification because he has a criminal record? Or was murder in his case, still murder?

So someone who has been charged with a crime of violence was the only one who found someone who violently murdered her children for absolutely no reason other than she was having a bad hair day was the only one who found her to be guilty? How is that a bad thing? Perhaps we should have more people who had been charged with crimes on juries.

Was he a juror or on trial? Because if it comes to a trial, then whatever happens with that happens with that, but that's not the case. He was on the jury for the trial of somebody who murdered her own children.

Definitely, she should receive all the mental health treatment possible. In prison. It shouldn't be innocent by reason of insanity, it should be guilty by reason of insanity, and they should have double the bars on the jail cell because of it.

People that we might typify as evil are insane. Then again, have you ever met anybody in your life who wasn't insane? Or evil, for that matter? It may be relative, it may be a matter of perspective, but bottom line, people are just awful to one another, and everything else. And everybody is a bit wacky in their own way. That's what defines their personalities, how their kookiness differentiates them from other people's kookiness.
