So when you paid the taxes why does it take the government 25 years to fix the bridges? I think some yearly maintenance is cheaper that wait till everything crumbles then fix it and throw 2 million dollar governor parties in the meantime. It's like paying taxes for the de icing agent for the roads every year, and trusting the government will save the money for the roads when their is no ice for future years that are bad, then come to find out so many mild winters caused the government to slack off, so when the ice storm and snow storm hit, they forgot to drive the roads out of greed. Local governments are the worst unregulated thieves and need to have someone hold them accountable when they fail to use the tax payers money appropriately, and blanently obviously obvious.. that is why people get mad about rising property taxes, and rising taxes on goods and entertainment.
