Does socialism start with the Government taking tax dollars to purchase stakes in a private business for profit?

Socialism starts with economic redistribution of wealth. Back in the day you could read a copy of Das Kapital from any library.
Few people have read it or they'd not say such bogus crap supporting it.

Are you saying Das kapital is a banned book? How does one read it, if reading it would get them judged as a socialist?
