What the FLOCK are these cameras really for?

Just my theory but - the more cameras there are in a city, the more there is a presence of 'defund the police'.

Nothing the Left does makes sense. They hate religion but kiss Radical Islam's ass. They want a police state but chant Defund the Police.
There is no logic on the Left.
