Yeah im not saying that it has some sort of evil rape folder just for this but the way it scrapes off everything its like extremely likely something repulsive was used in it (like the whole "@grok edit this with clothes off" under photos of kids or it straight up coming across real material and putting it in its info with how many cp bots twitter has) its a robot its not gonna know what it should and shouldnt generate, but in the million of photos mushed together there is definitively a chance something nasty was used in it whetever it was an image of an ai image or just direct . At the end of the day Why is it even allowed to make that shit
