No. Plagiarism has nothing to do with copywrite laws. Whole different topic.
Every day I see plagiarized memes on here.
Plagiarism is when a person takes someone else's idea. Usually passing it off as there own.
I like to modify memes but usually when I do I make a note of it when posted here.
Unfortunately I scour the net for memes and sometimes don't remember where I got one.

Ugh yeah, it has to do with copyright cause you can't plagiarize something UNLESS it has been legally published smh.....can't be someone's idea if no body else knows about ;-) And I did get this image somewhere, but the text was completely different so.......................
