Should've been a no brainer in the first place. US Mail strictly falls under federal government and the federal government gave the USPS the power to go after fraudulent mail, which includes VOTER FAUD VIA MAIL long ago.
What needs to happen is that these judges get arrested for obstruction when they make illegal rulings like she did.
Mail-in ballots have always had a limited list of reasons a voter has to certify for not being able to vote in person. Since 2020, that requirement has been waived by most states. The SAVE Act reinforces the previous law that every state had.
Up to 280,000 completed mail-in ballots were shipped from Bethpage, New York, to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, to help steal the 2020 election from President Trump.
Completed mail-in ballots should NEVER be crossing state lines in ANY election. EVER.
