There is VERY LITTLE talk of polygamy in the Golden Bible. And it's made clear that while it occurs, it shouldn't become normal. (Cough, cough) Islam. And before you mention Mormonism hating on Black people, that ban, while lifted in 1978, many people in Smith's time that got ordained to Priesthood WERE Black. This was also in 1830s-1850s America at the time before he was persecuted, jailed, and martyred in Carthage Jail. The banned Mormon cartoon is TERRIBLE propoganda AGAINST Mormons that makes 0 sense because those beliefs are so wrong and backwards. Similar to the banned Jehovah's Witnesses cartoon, albeit's a lot more accurate to describe them than the Mormon one was. We also don't know how the Lamanites were marked, but many theories say tattoos mostly because that makes the most sense for the word 'marked', and would make sense for the word 'darkened'. Also, NONE of the Witnesses of the Golden Plates EVER renounced their testimonies, even on their deathbeds. The LDS church continues to produce more revelation unto the world to this day since its inception in 1830. While man is imperfect, and in some ways totally monstrous, just remember this:
