Oh come on now that constitution is just a hard thing to use and it only applies in the court of law.... And for anyone who ever worked a w2 job, more than likely you had to submit your background, and DNA, or finger prints in order to obtain and keep a job. Hell the phone has your biometric. For what? ... You would think with all the technology, nobody would get injured and crime would be stopped....
