These are birds. These particular birds saw a human feed an injured one and now they're pretending to be injured for the same reward; Some stupid people out there will instantly buy their act, give them food and then more will show up or procreate and pass on these same behaviours to even more later; Eventually people will become sick of the birds and demand they are removed to be benefit of everyone; The people stupid enough to keep feeding them will ask 'why do you hate birds?'
