Nothing noble about Infanticide. The only difference between it and slavery is you're selling dead humans instead of live one's.

Now you're just strawmanning me. I never said I support abortion, I'm just saying it's extremely hypocritical of you to claim the "moral high ground" just for opposing abortion when you support almost every other kind of murder and disregard for human life.
