That's because there's a huge difference between a criminal case and a civil case. As far as that goes there's a huge difference between a Felony Case and a Misdemeanor case in Criminal Court.

In Criminal Court a misdemeanor is a case where a defendant faces up to 1 year in jail if found guilty.
A felony is a case where the defendant faces AT LEAST a year in Prison if found guilty.
When Madcow calls people Felons who went through CIVIL trials he's knowingly lying to his dumbass fans.
Again. Civil Trials have a lower threshold for guilt to be established and the punishment is usually in cash, community service etc.
Remember- he graduated from law school. He knows this at least as well as I do.
So why does he lie?
Don the Litigator has filed over 2,000 civil suits in his lifetime. But when a civil judgment is made against him, suddenly his followers believe only CRIMINAL trials have merit. (Except for the criminal trial that resulted in his 34 felonies, of course.)
