Yes, many business owners are bigots. We already knew this. Research also shows that when an applicant has a name typically associated with black people, their résumé is also more likely to be ignored, even when the qualifications are exactly the same as anybody else.

Or even if the resume was better, and the name was altered. They would be asked with enthusiasm to come in for an interview after submitting their resume, only to be told that the job was filled when they saw the person was darker skinned than they expected, while those that were also part of the study and presented as less qualified got the job because they were lighter skinned.

and yet at the same time, you can have a black owned and operated business, an Asian Owned and operated Business, A female Owned and operated Business. and any other "minority owned" business.. and be fine.. Yet white owned.. Boom.. problems a plenty. Its funny how Diversity is only forced on White people.

We're not talking about somebody's taco truck or nail salon. We are talking bigger businesses hiring niche-specific educated/qualified people who go in with their resumes for job interviews, not hiring your nephew to wait tables.

There aren't problems when people follow rules and regulations and the law and don't discriminate.

Nobody is forcing diversity on White people, they're the ones that forced it on everybody else. If White people don't like it, they should go back to their White countries who are so short on an actual workforce that doesn't sit around in a cubicle all day playing on social media that they have to have immigrants come in to do the labor and to take care of their grandparents that they left behind in their White countries. When you take over most countries on the planet and make those people your subjects, they become your subjects. Even when the colony ends, they are still your subjects. This is what they wanted, this is what they got. This is the other end of the bargain.

According to the law.. blacks can have black owned and black run business .. being a minority. .according to the civil rights laws.. The government doesn't force them to hire Asians or Mexicans.. or homosexuals.. or what ever is consider a "protected class" in America. If Diversity is a law.. then there should be no single race gender or sexuality in any one business.. either do it equal across the board or not at all..

If there's an Asian grocery store or black hair salon or something like that, they probably can't legally refuse to hire other ethnicities

they are not forced to hire others though.. like White businesses are.

If there was a job opening at a bodega and you feel that you were discriminated against when trying to get it, you're free to take them to court.

You trying to confuse small businesses with bigger companies. There are no major corporations in the United States that consist solely of Asians, or of blacks, or of women.

According to what law? Where is this law? Because it sure isn't in the United States of America.

It's almost funny how scared conservatives are all the time. People who don't look like them live in their neighborhood and they claim that something is being "forced on them".

The most backwards less technically developed area in the United States is the Conservative/Bible Belt/Red State/South & Southwest Confederate zone. In fact if it wasn't for FDR and his so-called socialist policies, it would all still be dirt roads and no electricity, as it should be.

Food stamps were invented in the 1960s when pictures came out in the papers of Appalachians looking all gaunt and cadaverous and literally barefoot. In the 1960s. That's where the war on poverty was birthed. And they're still dirt poor.

Or better yet, they should move back to their homelands. That'll fix two birds with one stone - they wouldn't have to worry about immigrants across the street here, and they wouldn't have to worry about immigrants taking over grandma's house back in the countries they couldn't make nothing of themselves in.

They branched out from the place where they and their countrymen haven't been able to do anything since back when they were still Neanderthals, and then they came here and just like a miracle the world was a bucket of magic.

Innovation, development, growth comes from a mixture of ideas. That's why they have a curious tendency of coming from a mixture of people, and of course the supply of usable resources.

actually what we are watching is the decline of society, a degradation of life and liberty, that's where culture comes into play, and no, mixing the garbage of society into well off areas, otherwise know as "Diversity" all it does is destroy what is good.. you can see the path of destruction created.. Chicago/Detroit/New Orleans is a great example of blacks being a cancer to everything and every one around them.

well no one does if we go back far enough.. that's why staying current ( at least with in the last 200 years) I think is important when discussing this stuff.. Like my old Man.. He was German and Irish, his blood came here in 1895, and My mom's blood, She is from Spain, her grandparents came in the early 1900s. Both had their papers and were legal immigrants.

now granted, it doesn't help them that their governments are absolutely shit.. but basic things like growing food and filtering water can be learned .. construction on basic things, homes and sewers, things that can be done with relatively unskilled labor, teach them to be self sufficient instead of just sending money, would be a better solution than turning them into banes of the tax payer, breeding anger and intolerance (for lack of a better word)
