California spends 8 to 10 times more on services for illegal immigrants than it does on veterans services from the General Fund.

And now the legislature is trying to mislead the people of California with another Trojan horse ballot title by calling this Measure “Veteran and Affordable Housing Bond.”

I voted no today because veterans should be prioritized in our budget. We should not have to pull a bond out during a record revenue year and a record budget.
When the state spends over $10 billion on illegal immigrant services, including lawyer fees and medical healthcare, but only about $500 million on our veterans, we have a problem.

Is it too hard to ask that we make sure every single veteran is off the street before providing services to individuals from other countries?

Is it too much to ask that our veterans who fought for this country are provided more services and resources than individuals from other countries?

Never let the state tell you we do not have enough money. What they really mean is that they just do not have enough money for you."

Sadly, from people that see advancement of their own wealth and agenda over the citizens they are supposed to be looking out for, it is. They need another money source to dip into. They gain the whole world but lose their soul.

The demonrats pretend to care about Vets during election years and then pretend they are all dangerous the rest of the time. Every time fraud is eliminated from vet benefits and programs the demons scream vets are being robbed. We know their games. The only time I ever had a problem at a VA clinic was with a contract Doctor, I reported him and he was investigated and fired, the VA doesn't play.
