No, he's a fanboi I have, Moonie. He does his periodically with one of his alts - floods it, trying to flood me and whomever else out, and then he gets tired when it doesn't work and gets gone. Then he starts again a few months later with another account.
If you notice, all other submissions suddenly weren't making it to the front page of that stream, that's because he was using his arts to downvote everybody else while uploading himself. Initially it was just me that he was downvoting, but then he started doing it to everybody else.
That doesn't seem to be happening recently, although he still is getting the upvotes.
Now when an account that's been dormant for a couple years suddenly comes in out of the blue and gets points within minutes a posting on an obscure stream that nobody knows about except the three or four people using it, that's a bit suspect. He's averaging 10 or so points a piece. Each and every single one. Do you know anybody that that's consistent with gaining points on some stream that is barely used by others? Then he started posting in the regular Politics stream, and started hitting the front page immediately.
