Isn't passing the bar exam how you get your legal degree?

That's like asking me if I farted when I exited the bus - or did I wait until I got off the bus...

I think they get the degree first...THEN they have to take the Bar to get their License to Steal, Lie, Cheat, De-Fraud, etc.
The average Demon-Rat does all that WITHOUT needing a Degree or License. 😏
