A candidate’s share increasing as additional ballots are counted is not evidence of cheating.
Different types of ballots (mail, provisional, ballots from different precincts, etc.) are often counted at different times, and different groups of voters can favor different candidates.
The graph shows a change in the composition of counted ballots over time, but it does not establish the cause of that change. Concluding fraud from this graph alone is a classic case of confusing correlation with evidence of causation.
