Cleared to establish residency and be registered to vote in CA:
driver's license or identification card of any state;
passport;
employee identification card;
identification card provided by a commercial establishment;
credit or debit card;
military identification card;
student identification card;
health club identification card;
insurance plan identification card; or
public housing identification card.
Of course, you can get many of these in LA, being an illegal alien, but forgetting for a moment that you could be from Pango Pango, stowed yourself away to get in here in a cargo container, and vote, if you are actually a US citizen, you still don’t have to be an actual CA resident to vote.
