Dude, it says "touched her inappropriately". I'm not going to explain where he probably touched, but it sure as hell wasn't a pat on the head or a tap on the shoulder kind of touch.

I would have shot his knees so he can't run, then strangle him til his eyes pop out of his skull, then force feed them to him before constantly kicking his skull in until it is completely crushed and looks like a pile of ground meat. I would make sure the cameras have a great view of every bit of it.
