Understood. If we don't stand for principles of justice, we don't stand for anything. Perseverance pays off. The system is built around the carborundum effect, they try to grind you down till you quit due to all the procedural BS. If that doesn't work they use the massive bank account to intimidate.
I'm sure you have probably already tried this, but have you contacted disabled advocacy law firms about taking your case pro bono for a class action lawsuit? I've been amazed what a lawyer's letterhead can do. I've found law firms for these types of things in the past with a good google search.
