They don't say it. Not since around 2016 when HRC but the dust. They'll even make their signs red, to confuse the elderly. Almost none of them have Democratic party listed on Wiki, etc. Even some of their election campaign pages you have to really dig to find out what party they are. Or you can just look at the promises they make. That exposes them pretty quick.
