Step 1 : Get yourself a large metal pot and pour the water along with the goldfish in the pot, Step 2 : Boil the pot to a slightly high temperature but not boiling just high enough that the fish tenderizes, Step 3 : If you don't want your fish to taste bland and salty i recommend seasoning it with some Pepper, Chilli Flakes, Salt, Cardamom, Star Anise, Cloves, Ginger, Garlic Paste and Lemon and if you really want to add some Star Anise, Step 4 : Apply all of these seasonings with yogurt and rub it all over the fish and let it sit for at least an hour to let it absorb all the seasonings, Step 5 : Get yourself a frying pan and add some oil about quarter if your pan is big enough and what oil you want to use is your choice but regular vegetable oil is fine enough and heat the pan up, Step 6 : place the fish in the pan and let it fry for at least 5-10 minutes, Step 7 : After done frying place it into some tissues or strainer to let all the excess oil dry off and chow time
