If she's 18 and a US Citizen who is registered to vote and hasn't lost her voting rights due to a felony she CAN VOTE.
If she's lost her voting rights due to a felony, is not 18, is not a US Citizen or is dead she can't.
So what real world rights did she lose if she's 18, not a convicted felon, not dead and IS a Citizen.
